The toolbox

Five licences that don't know each other

dVersum

One system. One invoice. One login.

  • The quote is written in Word, the invoice weeks later somewhere else — and the totals do not match.
  • Hours land in tool three and get retyped into tool four at month end.
  • Without a spreadsheet nobody knows whether the project is still on margin.
  • Four licences per head — and the tools still do not know each other.
  • Your accountant receives a ZIP folder assembled from three systems.

The chain

From deal to bookkeeping, without retyping

  1. QUOTE

The quote is out: 160 hours

Line items, rate and client in one document. The client signs digitally, by link — no printing, no scanning.

  2. PROJECT

    Accepted, project set up

A board with columns, automations and a 160-hour budget. The client is already attached.

  3. TIME

131.5 h, each at its own rate

Timer on the task or entered afterwards. The rate sits on the entry, not the project — a junior costs differently than a lead.

  4. INVOICE

    124 billable hours, one invoice

Open hours become line items: €11,780 net, §14-compliant, ZUGFeRD XML inside the PDF. Immutable once sent.

  5. DATEV

    €14,018.20 in the booking batch

Debtors and creditors in one export, SKR03 or 04. Your accountant gets a file instead of a ZIP folder from three systems.

One client, entered once. Four handovers, not retyped once

Margin

You see the overrun while it happens

Most agencies find out at month end that a project went under. Four weeks too late to do anything about it.

Budget per project

Hourly or fixed-price budget, live against tracked time. You see the overrun while it happens — not at handover.

Vero flags it early

Billable time going stale. Quotes about to expire. Invoices coming due. As drafts, never sent unasked.

The month on one screen

Revenue against expenses, open items, dunning levels and the VAT return. No export to a spreadsheet.

Client side

What your client sees looks like you

Quotes your client signs in the browser

Digital signature, no printer, no scan. Accepted quotes become an invoice in one click.

PDFs in your layout, not ours

Your own templates with logo, fonts, colours and footer — a default per client if you want one.

Contracts with terms and notice periods

Seven contract types, custom clauses, two-sided signing and automatic renewal.

Receipts by email instead of a shared folder

Your own address per workspace. Forward a supplier invoice; the ZUGFeRD XML is read and matched.

Let's do the maths

What do the unbilled hours cost you?

Unbilled per year

€76,950

Based on 45 working weeks. Your numbers, not ours.

Migration

Bring your projects with you

Import from awork and ClickUp: projects, tasks, time entries, comments and members. ClickUp keeps syncing every 15 minutes while you move.

Before you ask

What agencies ask first

  • No, per workspace. Each plan comes with a fixed number of seats — Starter 1, Professional 3, Team 10, Enterprise unlimited. If your team needs more, you move up a plan.

  • The import runs in the background with live progress. Projects, tasks, time, comments and members come across. ClickUp then keeps syncing every 15 minutes until you switch over.

  • Invoices are immutable once sent. A correction is a cancellation with its own number, not an overwrite. Every change is in the audit log.

  • ZUGFeRD sits as XML inside the PDF; XRechnung and Leitweg-ID for public sector are included. Nothing for you to change.

  • On servers in Germany. The DPA is part of registration, not a form you request.

  • Any time. Invoices as PDF and ZUGFeRD XML, bookkeeping as a DATEV batch, time and projects as CSV.

One login. The whole month.
