Dashboard Overview

The dashboard is your central hub in dVersum. Here you can see the most important information at a glance and quickly access frequently used features.

Quick Actions

At the top of the dashboard you will find four quick actions:

• Create Quote - Create a new quote for a client
• Create Invoice - Create a new invoice
• Add Client - Create a new client
• Search - Search all your data (also accessible via Cmd+K)

Timer Widget

The timer widget allows you to track time directly from the dashboard:

1. Select a project from the dropdown
2. Click Start to begin time tracking
3. Click Stop to pause the timer

The timer shows the current duration in real time. You can switch between the timer view and a list of your recent time entries.

Recent Quotes & Invoices

These widgets show your most recently created quotes and invoices. Clicking on an entry opens the corresponding document.

Activity Feed

The activity feed shows all activities in your organization:

• Created and edited tasks
• Status changes
• Assignments
• Comments

The feed refreshes automatically every 30 seconds.

Revenue Chart

The revenue chart visualizes your monthly income. You can see at a glance how your business is developing.

Keyboard Shortcuts

• Cmd+K - Opens the command palette for quick navigation and actions
• Cmd+N - Create new task (when in a project)
