Vero in Pages (@vero in the editor)

While writing in a page you can call Vero right inside the text — Vero generates the answer in place and you accept or discard it with one click. No context switch to the chat, no copy-paste.

How it works

  1. Type @ in the editor — the mention picker opens.
  2. Pick Vero.
  3. Type your prompt — e.g. Write an intro about GoBD.
  4. Press Enter.
  5. Vero inserts a loading block, generates the text, and shows two buttons:
    • Accept (green check) — text becomes part of the page.
    • Discard (red X) — the block disappears without a trace.

While Vero is writing you see a loading animation. You can keep working normally — the Vero block is independent.

What is it good for?

TaskExample prompt
Summarise"Summarise this section in three bullet points."
Translate"Translate the text above into English."
Tone change"Rewrite this more formally — for a corporate client."
Research"What are the main GoBD obligations for SaaS companies?"
Build outline"Create an outline for a blog article on SEPA Direct Debit."
Code block"Write a sample pain.008 XML snippet as a code block."

Context Vero sees

When answering, Vero can see:

  • Title and path of the current page.
  • The last 2,000 characters of text before your @vero mention (context).
  • Your organisation's master data (company name, region, role).
  • Your Vero personality (name, style, core principles).

Vero does not have read access to other pages or client data within this inline request. If you need that, use the floating chat (Cmd+J).

Security

  • Vero actions inside pages are logged in your org's audit log.
  • The inserted text is only persistent once you click "Accept". Before that it exists only in your local editor state.
  • Vero can only generate text inside pages — it cannot change or delete anything that's already there.

dVersum tip

Build yourself "Vero snippets": page templates with @vero calls already placed at key spots. When duplicating the template you just type the context lines and let Vero do the rest — perfect for weekly reports or status updates.
