| Framework Agreement | Master agreement for recurring engagements |

Editing Content
Each contract has four main sections with a rich text editor (headings, lists, bold/italic):
- Scope of Work — What will be delivered
- Payment Terms — How and when payment is due
- Contract Terms — General terms and conditions
- Notes — Internal annotations
Contract Parties
Under Contract Parties, define:
- Contractor — Your company (name + address)
- Client — Your customer (name + address)
Line Items
Add line items just like quotes: description, quantity, unit, and unit price. Totals are calculated automatically.
Contract Period
- Start Date and End Date
- Auto-Renewal with configurable period (months)
- Notice Period in days
Create from Quote
Accepted quotes can be converted directly into a contract — all line items, client data, and terms are carried over.
