Custom Clauses

In addition to the four standard sections, you can add any number of custom clauses to your contract.

Adding a Clause

1. Scroll to the Additional Clauses section
2. Click Add clause
3. Enter a title (e.g., "Confidentiality")
4. Write the content using the rich text editor

Typical Clauses

• Confidentiality / NDA — Non-disclosure obligations
• Intellectual Property (IP) — Work product ownership
• Liability Limitation — Maximum liability amount
• Force Majeure — Unforeseeable events
• Jurisdiction — Governing law and courts
• Data Protection (GDPR) — Handling of personal data
• Non-Compete — Post-contract restrictions

Drag and drop clauses into your desired order. The order is preserved in the PDF and on the signing page.

In the PDF

All custom clauses appear in the generated PDF after the contract terms section and before the notes.
