  3. Pick the variant in the right panel.
  4. Enter the data directly or paste it from the clipboard.

Creating a chart with AI

Via the dVersum MCP server (or Vero in chat) you can create charts by voice command — for example:

"Create a column chart showing monthly revenue for 2026 and add it to a new whiteboard."

Report templates

Report templates are pre-built multi-page whiteboards with placeholders that dVersum automatically replaces on creation. Ideal for recurring reports (monthly report, client presentation, quarterly update).

Available system templates

TemplateContents
Monthly reportKPI overview, revenue chart, top clients, open invoices
Quarterly reviewComparison chart, highlights, roadmap
Client presentationLogo, team photo, project stats, next steps
Pitch deckProblem, solution, team, market, roadmap

Variable substitution

When you create a whiteboard from a template, placeholders are automatically replaced:

PlaceholderReplaced with
{{client_name}}The linked client's name
{{period}}The current period (e.g. "May 2026")
{{org_name}}Your organization's name
{{date}}Today's date

Creating a report from a template

  1. Click + New whiteboard.
  2. Pick a Report template.
  3. Optional: link a client → {{client_name}} is auto-filled.
  4. The whiteboard is created as a copy — your edits don't change the original template.

dVersum Tip

Use the templates as a starting point and customize them to your needs. The org chart template is excellent for team structures, while the flowchart template is perfect for process documentation.
